My account is still deactivated even after updating payment methods. Why ?

Hi, I have updated my payment info 3 hrs ago and our service remains down. Can somebody help us.

    So the payement was made with your new card ? IF its yes the service will be back but it can take some time like 4 hours. After that just restard you device to get your service back. Have a nice day
