Just got my internet (about a week ago) and it has been a big problem
So i got my connection the 6th and till the 8th everything was going pretty smoothly and then it just began to lag like to this day i can't connect to internet on my phone/computer if i dont restart my router (wich is the fizz modem router 2 in1 fyi). Some days its fine and some days i need to restart it twice to get it working so i'd like to get some answer or i'll just change to another company cause this is NOT supposed to happen and has NEVER happened to me before with the company I used before. Also some things just dont work like i used to utilise an app for my camera for online classes but now I just can't get it to work cause it uses wifi so yea i'd like answers or i'll get someting else

It sound like the same issue that I am experiencing on my end.
Since approximately two weeks I need to reboot my modem every three days.
The internet get so slow that my request on chrome simply time-out and I need to hit the browser refresh button 2/3 times so the request finally make it.
This happens with wired and wireless connection to the modem.
I did a factory reset the last time I had the issue, and now it seems fine. You could perhaps try to factory reset the modem.

Same for me! A few days ago until now, my connection has been on and off. And I have tried everything to reboot it. I would like to know if there is any ways we can directly contact the customer services. It is kind of unfortunate that we have to check up a whole forum to find an answer. I don’t like the concept and I’m thinking about switching to another company.

Sure you can contact the support by many way. I recommend by Facebook messenger but you can choose the best way for you.
