Did anybody else have troubles logging into the community hub recently?
Not so much a question, rather an FYI for people who are having community troubles:
I had to reach out to Fizz customer service and their tech team had to fix this
but starting beginning of March 2021 i was unable to log into community hub.
I would receive errors and login screens that would go nowhere.
If you currently cannot login to community hub to ask for help and see similar screens to these pictures
then please ask customer service for help.

Sorry for the inconveniences, we did have some issues during the time frame you mentioned as we were moving onto our new platform. The issue you described is now resolved. Happy you were able to join us! Also, welcome to our new community hub - I hope you enjoy it😊

Hope you could log into the forum again. Sometime the site is a bit buggy. Depends on the day and time. If it happens to me, I usually try incognito mode or a different browser.

I cant log in the section "My Account" since the new forum on my end.
