No referral bonus Received

I have referred my friend to Fizz who has her account opened and it's been over 6 months but none of us has received the promised bonuses. Does anyone know why it is? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Min,
    Thank you for letting un know about this matter.

    Checking from my end, I can see that you received a 25$ bonus on August 23rd 2019 which was applied in 4 parts on September 22nd, October 22nd, November 22nd and December 22nd 2019.
    For the entire year of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 there was no referral bonus allocated to your plans.

    When such issue happened in the past, contacting Fizz using their chat tool usually helped fixed it. Come prepared with the contact and the referral code that was used.
