    Hello Naomi A.,

We're truly sorry about this situation encountered. I checked your account and I see that this has already been escalated to our technical department, so they can make the necessary verifications and remedy this.

Rest assured that as soon as we have an update from them, we will inform you via the email attached to your Fizz account.

    We highly appreciate your understanding.
    Have a lovely day,
    -Ioana

Its seem like you try to transfert a phone number who is already a Fizz phone number. You can tranfer to Fizz from Fizz.

You should take a scrrenshot directly on your computer and not take a picture of your laptop is really hard to read.

Can you explain what are you trying to do ? Activate a new plan or reactivate an existing plan

    Hi @Naomi A. #3124 ,

@Whizz said that this situation is already in their tech department so I hope they can fix it soon.

Are you able to send sms and make calls?

Did you receive an SMS from your old provider to make the transfer to Fizz?

Why I’m asking that is because you can lose your phone number.

Let us know what happen next!

    Good Luck!
