I have received my SIM card pamphlet in the mail but there wasn't any SIM card in it.

    Thank you for letting us know about this situation and I'm sorry for the inconvenience encountered.

    If that is the case and the SIM was not delivered with the pamphlet you received, I invite you to place a new order for a 2nd SIM card and I will issue a refund request for the 1st one that you didn't receive.

    To order a new SIM card via your Fizz account, simply repeat the process like before from Overview-> Get started-> Mobile-> Order a new SIM card, as also shown here:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card

    Im sorry for you but we are custommer juste like you here. Please dont put your mail adresse on a public forum next time. You should contact the support team. You have many option to do it i recommend facebook or the tools on the website.
