A number should be active in order to be transferred from current provider to fizz.
Can the transfert be requested for a date in the future to coincide with the end of billing period with the current provider?
The transfer close the old account. So why do you want to request for a futur date you just have to made the transfert at this date and all should work fine. Have a nice day :)
Yes, a number should be active in order to be transferred from a current provider to Fizz. Unfortunately, a number cannot be future dated. However, you can remind yourself to transfer the number close to the end of your current billing period.
