My card was charged but I'm receiving payment failure emails?

My card was charged just fine this morning at 12:02am but I've received 2 payment failure emails and my accound is frozen. Please fix.

    Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day :) Be patient please :)

    Fizz has some problems right now. Please reach out to customer support so that they can revert your charge manually. Since you were charged, your service shouldn't be interrupted.

    Apologies for the encountered issue.
    I have verified your account and indeed the monthly payment passed successfully, but the unfreeze order for the mobile plan was not registered, therefore I have created a ticket towards our technical team so they can investigate the issue on their end and have it solved as soon as possible.
