payment problem with any card?

I asked you yesterday about the problem I have. I am trying to to the payment but anytime and error appears that "your payment is declined". I tried to pay with different valid master and visa cards but the problem was not solved. I really need the sim card to be activated and I am stuck with it for 2 days.
Would you please hep me with it, or if it can not be solved tell me.

    Sorry you are having this issue.

    Make sure the card is accepted by Fizz: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

    Based on your previous question, it seems your combined payment activity has triggered some anti-fraud detection measure.

    If you don't mind starting with a new account, I would suggest to create a new account and use a new card that was not previously used with Fizz. Let us know if this helps.

    We're truly sorry about this situation encountered. If it's a payment method our system can accept and if the billing address was added 100% identical on our side with what's declared at the bank for any of these cards, but the issue persists, please contact us on any channel you'd prefer: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us We will be able to further assist there.
