Are you changing internet provider?
Here is what Fizz writes: "If you’re planning to switch from Fizz to a different home internet provider, your new provider will cancel your Fizz plan when they set up your account. Do not cancel your Fizz plan before creating this new account. To enable this process, you will need your Fizz account ID, which is available in your Fizz profile and in your Services Agreement."

For any specific issues regarding your account, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
