I would like to have my old phone number back as i got myself a new sim card.

To change your SIM card, go On your account: My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Change SIM card
You can contact Fizz support on Live chat by using any of their FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-stolen-mobile
You just need to open an FAQ help page, and after 10 seconds the chat bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Once the request is complete, try restarting your phone with the new SIM card.11 -
you didn't answer my question. I want to know how to get my old number back please if less than 30 days since i changed it.9

When was this number last active and with which provider?

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

Are you already a Fizz client ? If its the case you just have to activate your new sim card on your service and you will keep your number. If you are a new customer juste follow the isntruction to transfert your number from your old provider. Have a nice day4

You can change your actual sim card for a new one.
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan - Manage my plan - Change my sim card1 -

If you lost your old SIM and got a new one to replace it, please contact our support team via live chat, since the SIM change can only be made from our side at the moment, after we secure the account.

You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.
