Why after 3 beeps at 1m18s and call is cut off after 1m40s this has been happening for the past 2hrs

all my calls are being cut off after 1 minute 40 seconds
I basically can't make calls
this is URGENT
This is an issue I have seen in 2018 and 2019 in this support hub..
I have also contacted them via FB Messenger

Sorry for this situation. Some other customers are experiencing similar issue.
Try to manually search the network and select Fizz.EXT, make a test call and see if the situation is the same. Try also to put your phone in airplane mode, wait a few seconds, and test again.

You can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

This issues seem to come from the fizz call server. You are not alone and i think Fizz is aware of the problem. So im sorry but i dont think you can do mutch but wait. Have a nice day7
