I get 3 beeps and then the line disconnects. What is this again

This seems to happen every couple of months. The line disconnects after three beeps I lodge a complaint and then the problem disappears and then it comes back and I complain again and it disappears for a while and then it comes back.

Could you please reach out to our support department following the steps Fizzy provided?
In the meantime, I suggest you try out the following steps:
Try to manually search the network and select Fizz.EXT, make a test call and see if the situation is the same. Try also to put your phone in airplane mode, wait a few seconds, and test again.

This issues seem to come from the fizz call server. You are not alone and i think Fizz is aware of the problem. So im sorry but i dont think you can do mutch but wait. Have a nice day2
