Changed my plan, this month plan is still same. Why?

I changed my plan from 15 to 120 last month. But my plan is still 15 this month and I was charged accordingly. Could you adjust this? Happy to pay more
Sorry this happened.
Be sure to change your plan at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Here are the full instructions:
If there was an issue with your plan change, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
The changed should be effective for your next cycle you are right. Are you sure you make the changed before the end of your past cycle (48 before) ? If you are sure the changed has been made but its not effective you should contact Fizz support. Have a nice day

If you changed it in the last 48 hrs befoure your plan change it dosent apply badly. If you did before that last 48 hours, contact the support!
Are you sure you confirmed the change at the end of the procedure? it can easily be missed.
Did you receive an email saying plan change at this date?
Did you change your plan at least 48 hours before your billing date?

Dont forget that when you are changing your Fizz internet residential plan, you must do it at least 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle and this change will be activated at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
If you need to contact the Fizz customer service, please chat with them.
First, you need to log to your Fizz account.
Then click on:
Click on the green interrogation point appearing down to the right of the page and click on to the green chat bubble.
After verification, indeed you didn't complete the change plan order, and your internet plan now is 15 Mbps.
