Fizz says it doesnt recognize my card as a Visa even thought it is clearly a visa card

    You can contact Fizz support for more info regarding your card: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    You can Live chat with Fizz support:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I am trying to get back in the chat but the bubble for chatting doesnt appear anywhere in the site

    Hi Asael,
    I had problems with my payment method too. It takes fizz some time to get back to you in this regard.
    The chat bubble almost never appears for me on a desktop browser. Try your phone.

    Do you use a real visa card or a prepaid one If its a prepaid you need a card who can accept recurrent billing.

    For the support you can contact with them on facebook or twitter if you cant directly on fizz website.Have a nice day :)

    To chat with Fizz without problem:
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Click on:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Click on the green interrogation point appearing down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.

    You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
    Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

    Once there, please provide us with a photo of the Visa card that you're trying to us alongside a few details such as a screenshot of the error you receive when you try to add it to your Fizz account and use it as a payment method.
