Why do I have a bill for internet I don’t have?

I got billed for internet service I don’t have.
I’m scheduled for february 26th, so why was I billed on february 17th?! This makes no sense and I don’t want to pay for a service I have yet to be installed.

    Ask to the support for help you out. We are the community here. We can't manage the bill!

    They bill the day you ask for an installation so its normal if you ask for an installation on the 26 but you ask for it the 17. Dont worry you are already bill but the service dont start before your installation. Have a nicie day :)

    Hi Thomas,

    This is normal, Fizz is a prepaid service. The amount you paid is for the first month but your billing will start when the Installation is completed.
