I send a referral code to activate a new line and the bonus never appeared on my account.

What does mean that you sent a referral code? Did you give to someone?
This person used it?
The code must be used on the activation of the first plan in one account.

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Yes I did, and I followed the link to get a SIM card and activate a new line.10

I personnal enter a referal code when I command my Sim, buy didnt work. I enter once agaon a code when I finish my plan on the web and there, my code works.

You said new line so you already have one line ? If its the case i think the referal code work only for the first service you but on your account.10
