My work computer is connected to the router, but there is no internet. My phone , tablet and other devices have internet its just my work computer. How do I fix this?

    Hi Christian

    Check if the cable is well connected, also if the led are on in the router connector

    If the ethernet status is on, check the tcp/ip configuration

    You can also try to reboot the modem

    You can also contact customer support by chat

    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

    I am sorry to hear about the situation you encountered.
    I have verified and the connection is looking good from our side.
    I recommend restarting the modme and the affected device.
    Once they both restart try to reconnect your computer.
