Voicemail problems

I have voicemail set up on my basic Québec plan. I am now on the USA using a travel add-on, but the voicemail dose not work. When somebody call, the phone rings for a few seconds then cuts-out.....no request to leave a message is available to the caller. How can we correct this problem? John Gannon

This is a strange problem, can you try to turn off the phone to see if the voicemail is working?

Do you have unlimited calls in Quebec? If not do you have a valid add for Quebec on or money in your wallet?

You can also verify the call forward, but I believe that Fizz should look on this problem
