Cannot activate SIM card?

I thought I had activated my SIM card yesterday, did the phone # transfer and paid for the plan but then the phone # has not been transfered and I get an email today to finish SIM card activation. I proceed to activate the card again and it says it is used by another member? Anyone know I cannot find the chat option to ask.

Did you confirm the transfer? Usually the provider send you an SMS to confirm it.
However, you need to contact the support, since they can guide you and force the new request for you

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

Apologies for the situation encountered.
Having a look into your account, I could see that your transfer was not completed from our end. Therefore, the activation message that your SIM card was already associated with another member, you being that one. We have checked with our dedicated department and retried the transfer from our end. You will receive the confirmation SMS shortly, if you haven't please contact us following Mike's steps to assist you privately.
