How can I delete this profile?

I started to open a file but than open an other one with an other email. I would like to delete this one since I will use the other. I keep receiving messages from fizz to complete my subscription...

    Hi Isabelle,

    You will have to contact FIZZ support for that.

    To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

    1- Log in to your account
    2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.

    Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

    Hi Isabelle,
    Can you please be more specific as to what file are you referring to?
    If it is an account you're referring to, please bear in mind that it cannot be deleted manually. It will only be removed automatically after a period of inactivity.
    You can continue using your other account and not connect to this one which I can see is empty again.
    It will be deleted by our system after some time.
