Can't find my apartment number?

I can find my street address when searching to sign up for fizz - but the only option for apartment number is my neighbors' across the hall. But if they are able to sign up, I would assume I can too? I just cannot enter it in manually. Please help

    Hi Janelle

    You need to validate with the support, since the technician will not give you the modem if the adress is not correct

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    I suggest to contact FIZZ support for that.
    I'm not sure this is a bug on their site.
