Credit card payment info updated but i still dont have internet.. what do i do?

If you associate a new credit card with your plans, you can also force the payment
My Plans - Manage Plan - Payment method - Make my monthly payment. Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)6 -
When i click on my plans, nothing shows up.. i dont have a manage plan option.6

try to used a different browser or clear the cacneh or use the browser in incognito mode

We're sorry to hear about this situation. Regarding the payment, you can follow the steps Mike provided previously. I also checked your account and was unable to find a plan there. In this case, kindly make sure that you're logged in the right account where you have the internet subscription and also ensure the payment method is updated on that account.
