Anyone facing unstable home internet in quartier latin?

My internet is unstable and crashes 3-4 times a day. Usually in the day when we are working. A technician already came by to check on it, but we seem to be having the same issues again. Anyone living in quartier latin facing the same unstable internet?

Does the crash happen with WiFi only or via ethernet cable connection as well?
If the crash happens with WiFi only, then there are several troubleshooting tips here:

If both WiFi and ethernet connection go down often, it is not normal.
In this case, please make note of the modem lights and contact Fizz support as needed.
One other suggestion is to try connecting your modem to a different electrical outlet. If the current outlet is not stable or gets overloaded, this can cause the modem to lose its connection.8 -

We're sincerely sorry to hear about this situation. I checked your account and I see there are no maintenance works carried out in the area. However, upon checking the modem signals and the connectivity over the past few days, I do see the modem often resets and loses the connection.
In this case, I kindly recommend to test the modem in another outlet, one without an electrical cord and also make sure all the cables are properly connected, especially the network cable (RJ45), both in the modem and the outlet. If the issue is ongoing in the other outlet as well, then I suggest restoring your modem to its factory settings by using a small, sharp object to press the reset button located on the back of your modem for 10 seconds. Please know that this will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You will also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).
