Fizz says I'm using more data than I am?

Hi, I'm fairly new to Fizz and I've never noticed this problem before. I had 2,66 gb of data available at the beginning of the month, and now I'm down to 1. When I go to daily usage, it says I've only used about 500Mb. Where did that other Gb go? Why can't I use it? I certainly haven't yet, so where did it go?

Hi Malika
When you go to daily usage, be sure to scroll (both left and right) to see all the consumption dates of your current cycle.
Also for comparison purposes, are you able to check the data consumption on your phone settings?
If there is any issue, you can Live Chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-at-risk-of-depleting-my-monthly-plan-what-can-i-do
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.14 -
Have you checked with your phone consumption to see if it's the same number?15

Please, compare the data usage on your phone with your Fizz account.14 -
I did check with my phone’s data settings, and I used less than 600 Mb so far. My cycle starts on the first of the month, so I should still have 2Gb right now.12

We're sorry to hear about this situation. In order to get accurate results regarding daily usage, I recommend checking it from Incognito/Private mode on your browser.
I also checked your account and saw that you have some rollover data which has been used up. I kindly wish to tell you that even if the rollover is used up before it expires, it will still appear there as used up until that period of 2 payment cycles passes.
