Can't log in my account?

Hi, I can't log in my account. I change from Fizz to Bell and I need my account number, but I can't log in my account anymore. As if my account was closed.
How can I get my account number because Bell needs it to transfer my phone number.

If you have the wrong password, you can try using the forgot password option.
BTW your Fizz mobile plan must be kept active in order for the number transfer request to work.
Has the latest payment to Fizz been made within the last 30 days?
Once the transfer to another provider is complete, your Fizz plan will close automatically.
If you have any questions, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe#2
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

We're sorry to hear about this. I kindly wish to inform you that I checked and your account is active and in good standing. In this case, kindly try to reset the password as Fizzy suggested as well. This can be done by going to the login page and click on the "Forgot?" link. Please make sure that you validate the email within 1h since it expires afterward.

Once you are able to login, you'll be able to find the account number from My plans - Manage plan, right beneath the phone number. Or if they are able to transfer the line with the IMEI as well, you can go to your phone's Settings - About phone/About device or similar (the phone where you used the Fizz sim card) and provide them the IMEI.
