Could not gift to a contact?

I am trying to gift my data to an existing Fizz member. I saw via other questions that the contact search engine has been disabled, and indeed it was not working, so I followed the instructions you gave on another post:
"Meanwhile you can still gift data from your plan to other Fizz members.
Go to My Plans → Click gift from the account → Start Gifting -> Gift to a new fried"
However, when I go to my plan, I cannot click on gift - the button is grey, instead of blue (i can only click on blue writing, grey is not available).
Why is the gift option in grey? Why can't I gift my data to a contact?

Hello Gabrielle,
Thank you so much for messaging us. I checked your account and I see that the reason for this is because the data you currently have available, 2.16Gb is from rollover and upgrades which cannot be gifted. Only data included on a mobile plan can be gifted, as you can also see on our page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work
