Can't make or receive calls despite having minutes. What's wrong?

I have 60 minutes of voice call as an add-on but no calls can be made or received. Each time I attempt to call someone, or someone attempts to call me, it doesn't go through, and I get a text from FIZZ: "Action required: your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On https://fizz.ca/s/15/en/12779535/". I get a similar thing by the fizz voice when trying to make a call-- it doesn't connect and gives that automatic message. This has been happening since new years and hasn't happened before then. How can I fix this?

Can you try to turn off the phone for 30 seconds, or put in airplan mode for 30 seconds?
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page8 -

Thank you for letting us know about this situation and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.
Please turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz, make sure that your OS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then test the service again.
