It's possible for you to call to India directly from your phone.

Do you already have the international calling add-on included in your mobile plan?

If not, you would need to make a plan change to add it. And the change will take effect at your next renewal.

BTW by default, International calls may be blocked on your plan.
To allow International calling:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If there is more than one plan on your account, click on the plan you wish to change.
3- Click on Manage plan and choose Advanced parameters.
4- First for the first option: No International calls, set it to Off and then save the changes.

To place the call to India, try dialing:
"011" + "91" + 10 digit number

Yes, with the add-on you can call any number in India directly from your phone.

Thank you so much for your message. Certainly, you can make calls to India, there's the option of changing the plan as Fizzy suggested.
If you don't want to change your plan however and need this immediately, there's also the option of buying an international calls add-on (which can be used as long as you're within your coverage). This can be purchased from My plans - Manage Plan - Add-ons - International calls and choose India.
