lost sim card?

Hello, I ordered a new sim card however my address changed and I'm in a new address can you resend my sim card to the new address? my order number is 6902735178 and my new address is H4B 2Z6 Cavendish 2500, #608

Try to validate with the support, also ask them to delete your address I will signal too
In case of a problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page8 -

If it was delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to order another SIM card or pick one up at a local Couche-Tard: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores
And the missing SIM card will be refunded to you after you have activated the second SIM card. You must contact support for this.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

p.s. I'm surprised Whizz did not already remove the personal info. I had reported it earlier too.8 -

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
If you moved before receiving the SIM you will have to order a new one from your new address.
We are not able to send a SIM without a SIM order.
You can make a new order from your Fizz account, Overview > get started > mobile > order new SIM.
