Badge Disappeared?

What happened to my Fizz community badge? Once I received the special gift badge, the other disappeared and is no longer counted.

    Hi Andrew

    My badges are still there, can you try to clear the cache and the cookie and/or use the browser in incognito mode

    You can also contact customer support by chat

    1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-earn-perks-using-community
    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

    Hi Andrew,
    I just checked on my end and you have a few regular badges unlocked + The Grand Gifter one under the Special badges category but I don' see any other uncommon badge on my end.
    Can you provide us with a few more details so we could investigate this case further, please?
