Why is taking more than 36 hours to receive a data gift?

My friend gave 3 gigs thuesday and I receive nothing since.

Do you have data in your plan?
Does your friend enter the good informations about you?
Feel free to contact FIZZ support : To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

Hmm, that's weird. Normally its almost instant Maybe Fizz has currently some server problems although I haven't heard of anything recently.
As mentioned, you need to have data in your plan in order to receive data gifts.
If everything checks out, please contact support. Was the data subtracted from your friends account?6 -
wow. 3 days. it can t be like this. what s the point of sharing data when somebody needs it right away, not in 3 days. i sent 2 times and it went right away.5

If your friend gifted you mobile data and you did not receive it, please ask your friend to contact Fizz support: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
You may want to confirm with your friend what method s/he used to gift the data to you:
1. By phone number
2. By email (the data will be added to your main mobile plan)
3. By referral code (new option recently added by Fizz, works like email).
