Bought a phone and status is still "Order Confirmed" 6 days later?

I bought a "Pre-Loved" Samsung A51 6 days ago. It should have been delivered yesterday but the order status in my account is still "Order Confirmed". What's happening with my order?

You need to validate it with the support, only them can do a follow up
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page3 -

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the time being, as I can see from my end your order for the Samsung Galaxy A51 was just confirmed on January 22nd but it wasn't completed, hence why you didn't get the phone yet.
If you check under My Profile->Order history->See details you can see there that the order needs to go through 3 more stages before it reaches you.
