Access denied when I click on "Phones" even though I was chosen as a beta tester?

Hello,
1. I received email that I'm chosen as a beta tester "You're invited to shop early for a phone at a discounted price."
2. I log in into my account.
3. I click on "My Phones" tab
4. I click on any phone and I'm redirected to an access denied page with the following error message "Something ain’t right. Disconnect from your account, and log back in."
Tried in Chrome. Incognito and regular modes.
Status Code: 403 (from ServiceWorker)

Try to use the browser in incognito mode
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page8 -

Are you able to open this page with the main offers? https://fizz.ca/en/plp
If yes, try opening the phone you want to check from the same page.
There might be a requirement that you need be at least level 5 to purchase a Fizz phone.
If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-buy-phone-fizz
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.10 -
