It can take 2 hours to reactivate internet
Can you try to reboot the modem?
You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option3 -

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

I can see here that the Internet plan you have was unsuspended following the payment processing at 9:53 AM.
Usually, it takes around 3 hours for the connection to be re-established after the order to unsuspend your plan is completed, which it is now.
This means that around 12:00 PM today, your Internet connection will be back on.
