Can you try to restart the phone
Can you try to select Fizz ext in the network operator for 10 seconds, and after set in back to automatic
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
You can always try to put the SIM to a different phone.
If this does not help, contact the support

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option9 -

Make sure you are connected to Fizz network. Select automatic network on your phone settings.

It can solve this problem.

First, log to your Fizz account.
Then, click on:
