Wrong Credit Card Being Charged

I have three internet services under my account, and each of them have their own payment methods which are all valid CC. For some unknown reason, two of the accounts are being charged to 1 credit card. I would like to reverse the charge and have the correct card charged.

    Are your cards correctly linked to the individual plan?
    You can also contact support, they might be able to do it manually for you

    You need to contact the Fizz customer service by chat for this payment's problem.
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Then, click on:

    Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.

    Hi Rohan,
    In this situation, since it requires a thorough verification and some personal details, please be so kind as to contact us via chat, tell us under which of your accounts do you have these 3 Internet plans and what payment methods do you use and how do you wish to use them in the future.
    However, please bear in mind that you cannot have the last charge reversed without said plan being suspended.
