Your regular plan will work only when you are in your plan's coverage area.
If you are in China, did you buy a travel add-on? Please verify on your Fizz account that the correct TRAVEL ADD-ON has been purchased and activated.
If yes, make sure to enable roaming on your phone.
Try restarting your phone.
Also can you verify if the network operator is in automatic?
If this does not help, try to select a different network operator.
If the problem persists, you can contact Fizz support by chat:
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page7 -
You need to buy travel addon. I used that when I was in Cuba and it was actually cheaper than buying internet card from hotel.8
