My number is innactive?

Hello, i'm a new customer and transferred my number from Videotron to Fizz, a never received a text from videotron asking to confirm that i'm changing provider and now both fizz and videotron service are down.
Please advise.

    1- Click on this link:
    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option
