Gurvinder To change your plan:
Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
Click on Manage and then Adjust your plan.
Use the Plan Wizard to adjust your data, minutes, texts and Calling Options (international calls and voicemail).
As you adjust your plan details, you will see your new monthly fee in the box below.
When you like what you see, click Save Changes.
Changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

Just go to manage my plan. There you will find the option “Adjust Plan”.

Thanks for your help guys
I already have a fizz SIM card but website is only giving me two options afterwards which is ‘order new sim’ and ‘activate sim’3 -
Hi Gurvinder,
You need to have an active plan on the account where you want to order the plan change.
Please be sure that you're logged into the correct account as I can see there the one you have on file is empty.
