It says wrong wifi password but it's the right one how do I fix this?

The wifi has been down all day and we restarted it but it still won't work. I'm trying to connect to it but it says "wrong password" but it is the right default one.

    Nataliya did you try to scan the password instead?

    Here is how to join fizz First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
    Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
    Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
    And patience...

    Also check if the letters are uppercase or lower case and O / o and 0(zero)

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
