I need Internet , how can I explain my situation??

I got an answer from the technical department that I can’t have internet at my address, they told us many times to try again. Finally I got an email that there is already internet commercial / business at this address. FALSE, !! IT IS NOT TRUE! I only live here with my husband. There is no connection no internet here. We do have one phone number - NOT INTERNET! at this address with Videotron, which happened to be ordered by a congregation, not a business! And we are private people. We are now without internet. I’m now in my daughter’s house. When I’m leaving I have no access to internet and not getting your emails. I’m asking every now and then my son to help us where he is working but we getting nowhere ! Can you please see to it that this house should be changed by you as a private home? Come and see! It’s just a one family house. Contact me at 514**** or my cell 514 *** Thanks.

    Hi,
    We are users just like you. So please do not put your phone number in here. You should reach out to fizz on Facebook Messenger. They can't call you, you cannot talk to someone on the phone. It's only online.

    Have you tried with other cable internet providers (like Videotron) to see if your address is eligible?

    If your address is eligible, then you should definitely mention this to Fizz support: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    If your address is not, then Fizz will not be available to you and you may need to consider an alternative provider.

    You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
    Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.
