Changed phone number problem?

I purchased a new phone number for 1$. My old number doesn't work anymore, no one can call me. If I call someone it shows as my new phone number if they call me back someone else answers (I don't receive any calls). That means I don’t have a valid mobile number? What is that and how can I fix it?

    Can you try to reboot the phone, this will force a new registration

    You can also contact customer support by chat

    1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

    Try to reboot the phone. If it doesn’t work, reach out to support. The port could have been gone wrong.
