Changed phone number problem?
I purchased a new phone number for 1$. My old number doesn't work anymore, no one can call me. If I call someone it shows as my new phone number if they call me back someone else answers (I don't receive any calls). That means I don’t have a valid mobile number? What is that and how can I fix it?

Can you try to reboot the phone, this will force a new registration
You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option0 -
Try to reboot the phone. If it doesn’t work, reach out to support. The port could have been gone wrong.0
