Why is the site unable to accept a SIM card order?

When I click "Submit Order", the site says "There has been an error, please try again later".
There is no indication of what the error is and how we can rectify it. Unable to contact support as well. Please help.

    This morning Fizz had a problem with their site, probably is not up at 100%

    you can also pick up a SIM card at Coop UQAM or Couche-Tard. You can see locations here: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

    ou can also contact customer support by chat

    1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
    2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
    3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

    Fizz has had some problems with their website recently. Please try incognito mode or on your mobile phone.

    Hi Akshata,
    It happened to me before. You should try another browser or try in French if you understand it.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience you encountered.
    In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to place the SIM card order.
    Also, you can try to place the order from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
