Why does the system say "not quite right" when I try to enter my number for voicemail?

That’s weird. Try to manually access your voicemail via : 1-514-647-0999 (or press one).

Are you calling the voicemail from your Fizz phone?
If you forgot the PIN, you can reset it from your Fizz account: (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
You can also check if your voicemail is accepting messages by calling your Fizz number from another phone.
If you want to contact Fizz support, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-my-voicemail
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Try to reset your PIN from your account. It should work then.4

Please, reset the PIN in your account.
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan - Manage my plan - Advanced settings - PIN to access to your voicemail
Please, choose a PIN not too easy to remind:
For example, 1,2,3,4 wont work.2 -

Thank you so much for your message. Checking your account, I notice that the voicemail feature is not included in your mobile plan.
