Why now and then when calling Bell number in 450 area code I receive that my current plan doesn't allow this call. 20 Minutes later I placed the same call and it worked properly. So far it only happened with Bell numbers. Receive this message in french: "Attention: votre forfait ne vous permet pas d'effectuer cet appel. Veuillez acheter un ajout https://fiz.ca/....."

Must be bug in the system. Try to reach out to support. I am sure they can help should the problem persist.

Probably you are connecting a different tower, you should add 1 or +1 to your numbers in order to avoid that message

Car if you have unlimited calls, you can call any Quebec’s number and are included
