Reaching FIZZ

I can't reach FIZZ. The chat app is not working and I don't have a facebook or twitter account. I have 2 phones and internet with them. I am so fustrated that I will probably cancel all my business with them. My PIN doesn't work for one of my 2 phones and I can't reach them for service

What PIN you are talking about?
If it is the first time that you installed the SIM in the phone and this ask for a PIN probably your phone is locked with the previous provider

Sorry you are having trouble. If your voicemail PIN isn't working, you can reset the PIN through your Fizz account as indicated by Mike.
If you are contacting Fizz support on a mobile device, the chat will be done through WhatsApp.
If you prefer the in-browser chat, please try on a laptop or computer.
You can Live chat with support as follows:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Hi, the problem is that on a cell chat does not work. You have to use Facebook or whatsapp, if you don’t have these apps you can’t reach Fizz customer service. I have the same problem, so I have to use a computer.2

Probably the easiest way is to create a Facebook account. You can close it have fixed your problem0

You just need to access the FAQ(link), scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.
