I paid today for my month and i restarted my phone but i still cant text or call

Lorenzo if you had a problem with your payment you will need to wait about 2 hours before your service is going to be ok. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
If you still have problem reach fizz. First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

We're sincerely sorry to hear this. Checking your account, I notice that the payment passed for your mobile line, however the system is currently still processing the reactivation of the services.
