Did not recieve the gift data
A friend of mine send me data. (I am not on his contacts) somehow he manage to gift me data. Recieve the confirmation on my email but no notification or no added data on my account when i check it. Is there other ways to get the data?. Thank you for the help / answers ^.^

Do you know if your friend sent you data from his plan or a Data Perk?
You can check the data status of your mobile plan to see if the data was automatically added.
If the data appears to be missing, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

Recently, Fizz has blocked the function to add new Fizz contacts.7 -

Do you already pay for data on your plan? If not, that won't work because you need to have data to get some more as a gift.2

As I just checked under your account, I can see here that you recently received 1.50 GB of Data as a gift and have 42 days to use them.
