im unable to reactivate my sim after it has been inactive for 1 day?

Hi Moshke
You must go on your account to make a manual payment.
My Plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method.
You should see the "Make payment now" button. Click on it to make a manual payment.
Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.
Meanwhile, please try restarting your phone.
In case of a problem, you can contact customer support by chat at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

Can you give us a bit more information?
Did you had a payment problem or you disable it in order to reuse in an other account?
If you disable your SIM in order to reuse it, you need to wait the end of your billing cycle.
If you had a payment problem you need to force the payment
Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2- Click on Payment methods.
3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4- Now make your way to My plans.
5- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
Know you must also associate each plan you want to pay with that new card. This is not done automatically.

If you want to reactivate your Fizz plan when you have problem with the monthly payment:
First, update the payment method of your credit card and do a payment manually.
